We apply zero tolerance to CSAM and child sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual deepfakes, content that promotes or assists terrorism or violent extremism, and content that incites genocide or large-scale violence. We may immediately block generation, remove or disable access to content, preserve relevant records, suspend or terminate accounts, and report the matter to competent authorities when required or permitted by applicable law. No prior warning is required for these violations.
We may use automated detection systems and human review to examine prompts, input materials, generated results, publicly shared content, and reported content. Reviews may occur before or after generation or publication. Automated systems are not perfect, and we do not guarantee that every violation will be detected or blocked in real time.
We may restrict access to content while a review is pending. Reviewers may consider the content itself, relevant context, account history, reports, and applicable law while limiting access to personal information to what is reasonably necessary.
Depending on the severity, context, and frequency of a violation, we may refuse a generation request, force content to remain private, remove or disable content, issue a warning, restrict features, suspend access, or terminate an account. Severe or illegal conduct may result in immediate action without a warning. These measures do not limit any other rights or remedies available to us under these Terms or applicable law.
